Due to high demand, some deliveries may not be as quick as usual at the moment. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. It is recommended that you allow 3-5 working days for your delivery.

It will take days for the furniture and jewelry products to be delivered (terms & conditions) may apply.

To submit a return request, please visit https://www.rubaiyatfashion.com/a/return and fill out the form. The driver will then visit your doorstep to pick up the products and ship them to Rubaiyat Fashion.

When the return or exchange is initiated within 21 days of receiving the product, the product must be free of damage and unaltered by the customer.

We will only refund returned products after they have passed quality inspection. Our policy is to refund the full value of the undamaged product(s) if the claim is approved.

Payments made by credit card or debit card will be refunded directly to your account within business days. Your funds will be refunded to your bank account within 14 business days if you paid through Tamara / Tabby.
